Rates

2 Party Mediations

$350 Per Hour (2 hour minimum)

3 Party Mediations

$350 Per Hour (2 hour minimum)

4 or more Party Mediations

$400 Per Hour (2 hour minimum)

*The total fee shall be divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Payment is due within 10 days of the conclusion of the mediation.

Binding and Non-Binding Arbitrations

$400 per hour subject to agreement as to availability and location

Minimums & Cancellations

I reserve the right to charge a one (1) hour minimum ($350) for half day mediation and a two (2) hour minimum ($700) for a full day mediation

If the mediation is canceled less than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled conference, a minimum of one (1) hour ($350) may be charged for a half day mediation and a minimum of two (2) hours ($700) may be charged for a full day mediation.

Travel & Locations

Mediations may be held at any location agreed upon by all of the parties. No fee will be charged for travel to Inverness, Bushnell, Dade City, and Brooksville.

Any mediations in the following counties are available: Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Sumter, Lake, and Marion. Other locations are available upon special arrangements. Any travel over 30 minutes, I reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.
